Regulation
Reservations
- Prices are in euros and include VAT, water supply, electricity, air conditioning, heating, towels and bed linen.
- No reservations will be confirmed nor guaranteed unless credit card details are provided upon reservation.
- The balance shall either be paid before arrival by bank transfer or upon arrival on the premises.
Cancellation policy
- Reservations can be cancelled up to 7 days before arrival without any penalty.
- In case of cancellation from 7 days before arrival to the day of arrival and in case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged on your credit card.
Check-in and check-out
- Check-in from 3.00 pm to 7 pm. In case of late arrival, there will be a surcharge.
- Check-out within 10 am. Late check-out available with surcharge.
- Guests' personal data will be registered upon arrival and forwarded to the local security authorities as required by Italian law.
Guests
- Unregistered people are not allowed to stay overnight.
- Small pets are allowed upon request and with a surcharge.
- Tourist tax not included (1.50 € per night). Children under 12 are exempted from paying the tourist tax.
Services Included
- Daily cleaning of suites.
- Towels and bed linen changed every three days.
- Breakfast.
Extra services not included in the price
- Private excursions, winery tours, cooking classes and guided visits can ba easily organized contacting Cortona Suite staff.
